in Household Needs/School Needs, Special Needs, Tangible ItemsLeo was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 4 on April 17th, 2021. Leo suffered many setbacks backs during maintenance, more Fever ER visits than I can count. Countless hospital admissions. RSV, common cold, bacterial infections, battled sepsis. Leo finally took his last chemotherapy on June 23, 2023, and rang the bell in July 2023!! Leo has since been diagnosed with LCH (Langerhans cell histiocytosis.) After 2 weeks we finally got the Pathology back that showed aggressive LCH cells, a rare cancer in his spine. His doctors said this will most likely be a life long diagnosis and he will most likely be on and off chemotherapy and steroids for the rest of his life. in Household Needs/School Needs, Special Needs, Tangible ItemsI have a second breast reconstruction surgery in December (Latissimus Dorsi Procedure.) Due to my right breast rejecting my first expansion surgery, I had to have it removed via emergency surgery in August of 2022. Now it is time to get it done again, and it will be a 4-5 hour surgery with a 4-6 week recovery period. All of this stemming from my second bout of breast cancer. Having a loveseat recliner will be vital for my recovery since I can't sleep in my bed the first couple of weeks with the incisions on my back and having multiple surgical drains!!

I have a remote job so I work from McDonald's for their Wi-Fi. I have 4 children who are temporarily staying with my ex husband but we could make a one bedroom apartment work in about 2 weeks but right now I am in need of temporary housing, help with food and hygiene needs. I have very limited funds until my next paycheck in 2 weeks. I have no family nearby and no options right now. Please help with my immediate need and then hopefully I can help finding a place for my children and myself. The $1,500 is approximate what I thought lodging, food etc would cost from today 9/17…
A land survey for 5 year old Liara & her family
in Household Needs/School Needs, Special NeedsLiara turned 5 just two weeks after her Leukemia Diagnosis. She also has Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome.) She loves to go outside, play and live life. Liara started life with some troubles, needing her Duodenum Repaired on day 2 of life plus Open Heart Surgery at only 2 months old. She loves learning and playing with her Brother & Sister. We are looking to put a fence in to allow them all some autonomy outside while protecting them from the street where people drive too fast. To do this (in the front of our home) we must have an accurate updated land survey to present to the Borough.
