The Website and the Services are made available to you only under the following terms of service (the “Terms”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access this Website. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You are encouraged to review these Terms each time you use the Website because your use of the Website after the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of the changes. We do not endorse any Wish Requestor, User, or wish and we make no guarantee, express or implied, that any information provided through the Services is accurate. We expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for the outcome or success of any wish. All Wish Grantors must make the final determination as to the value and appropriateness of contributing to any Wish Requestor.

No Solicitation. The Website is offered to help Users request and grant wishes. Bucket Wish merely provides the technology to allow Wish Requestors to connect with Wish Grantors. The existence of the Services is not a solicitation of donations by Bucket Wish, and Bucket Wish does not engage in any solicitation activities, or consult on the solicitation of contributions from the public, on behalf of any individual, entity, or organization. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Bucket Wish is not responsible for the use of your donations or the amount of funds raised for a wish for the User.

Wish Grantors. All donations are at your own risk. When you make a donation or grant a wish via the Services, it is your responsibility to understand how your money or donation will be used and to check the Website content regularly for any updates. Bucket Wish is not responsible for any offers, promises, rewards, or promotions made or offered by Users; such content violates these Terms. We do not and cannot verify the information that Users supply, nor do we represent or guarantee that the monetary or other donations will be used in accordance with any purposes stated by the Wish Requestor or in accordance with applicable laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have reason to believe that a User is not raising or using funds for their stated purpose, please report such User to bucketwishconnection@gmail.com

Wish Requestors. As a Wish Requestor, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: (i) all information you provide (whether through yourself or on behalf of another) provide in connection with a wish is accurate, complete, and not likely to deceive other Users and that you will post updates as needed so that Users understand the use of funds and any other relevant information about your wish; (ii) all donations contributed to your wish will be used solely as described in the materials that you post or otherwise provide; (iii) if you request a wish on behalf of someone other than yourself (“Beneficiary”) , all donations will be given to and/or spent on behalf of the Beneficiary; (iv) you will not infringe upon the rights of others; (v) you will comply with all relevant and applicable laws and financial reporting obligations, including but not limited to, laws and obligations relating to registration, tax reporting, political contributions, and asset disclosures; and (vi) to the extent you provide us with any personal data of a Beneficiary or other third party for any purpose, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers, you represent that you have the authority, as required under applicable law, to provide us with such personal data and allow us to use such personal data.

Limited Warranties.
